Coming Up: Nothing

I tried to get invited to the Byron Bay Writer’s Festival in August but it seems that I am not among Australia’s 120 best scribblers. Nevertheless, I urge local literature fans to get along and catch Nick Earls and Kate Holden at the festival since there’s a very, very small chance that they won’t be guests at every single other writer’s festival held in this country for the next decade. Book now!

While not an official ‘event’ or appearance, I will probably be walking around Albert Park lake next Saturday morning with my wife, Sally. Please do not lie in wait and murder me/her/us.
