The Third Act: Synopsis

“Are you planning on killing me?” Billy asked. “Either in the film or here in real life?”
“No.”
“Be honest – in both realms.”
“No,” Jeb said. “Why would I want to do that?”
“I dunno.” Billy remembered what he’d seen in the night. “As an ending.”

In the summer of 1972 Billy and Jeb hit the road from New Orleans to L.A, deciding that whatever happens to them on the way will be part the movie Jeb’s trying to write. Things start to go wrong immediately; and after they meet the tough and mysterious Lorraine, the situation gets a whole lot worse. On the run from two stone killers, the trip takes them down to Mexico into a world of danger, double-crosses and doppelgangers. Their film – and their lives – spin out of control. Whether Billy and Jeb will come through it all hinges on the third act. But the third act is murder.
