Six books; no plagiarism; unimpressive sales

Since 1996 I have published six and half* books; with one exception they are truly excellent (and even the dud has a fantastic cover). Please buy all of them.

* 'Film' was substantially rewritten after publication in Australia and appeared in very different - but, alas, not at all popular - form in the United Kingdom and certain luckless bits of Europe.
