Some day in February. (Maybe last Tuesday.)

Woke up at 7.30. Fifteen minutes late – stupid alarm clock! Made coffee. No – took a shower, then made coffee. It was a nice coffee but had maybe a little too much milk in it and possibly not enough sugar. Why didn’t I put in more sugar and less milk?! Why am I always such a screw-up?!! After coffee I opened a tin of food (I forget which brand) for Timmins (cat) and put it in bowl. Timmins ate the food. I watched Timmins eat the food for a while then got ready for work, i.e. changed from bathrobe into skirt and blouse (both blue), brushed hair, put on make-up, looked for handbag etc.
On the train my elbow was very itchy. Also, the train was late and very crowded. I had to stand all the way and have an itchy elbow.
Got to work two minutes before nine. Phew!!!! Worked at work until lunch-time when I had lunch for half an hour then went back to work. Worked until five-thirty. (Forgot to mention that the itch in my elbow went away sometime around eleven a.m., but then I got an itchy toe in the afternoon. I hope Timmins hasn’t given me fleas.)
I decided to catch a bus home because I had such a traumatic time on the train in the morning. What a mistake!!!?! The bus stopped every three minutes and detoured through half the city and I didn’t get back to my flat until seven! Boy was Timmins mad!! And so was I!! We were both mad! I will never catch that bus again and maybe will get my driver’s licence now.
So anyway, I had some crème de menthe to take the edge off my stressful day then ate dinner (I forget exactly what it was but, whoever delivered it – ‘thanks!!’). Cat food had run out so I gave Timmins some tinned tomato soup. He did not eat the soup so I had to go out to the store and get Timmins some food or maybe he would have starved or meowed all night and I wouldn’t have been able to sleep, so I went to the store (closed) then the other store and got the cat food. Timmins said ‘thanks’ (kidding!!) and nuzzled my knee all the rest of the night. Knee became itchy.
